Schedule of Events
Marriage Ceremony begins at 1:00pm
We will be having a Catholic Wedding Ceremony at St. Peter Catholic Church in downtown St. Charles. We will be celebrating the wedding sacrament only without a full mass. All guests are invited and encouraged to attend, regardless of belief or denomination.
Please find a map and directions below. The ceremony starts at 1:00pm sharp. We ask that guests begin arriving around 12:30pm. There is no alcohol allowed on the church premises, including the parking lot.
Formal Reception begins at 6:00pm
Mr. and Mrs. Childress are hosting a reception at The Christy - O'Fallon, beginning at 6:00pm. The reception will last until 11:00pm. Cocktail attire is recommended.
Dinner will be served, along with an open bar. In light of her profession, the Bride kindly asks and encourages you to plan ahead and designate a driver or use Uber or another ride sharing app. Better yet, a block of suites is being held at Residence Inn St Louis O'Fallon, where a shuttle will be provided for guests to travel to and from the reception.
